Scheduling
Scheduling in advance is highly recommended.
You may do so by calling me at: (816) 719-1800
Cancellations
All appointments will be confirmed by phone a day prior.
I request the courtesy of a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. This allows me to schedule other clients in need of service. At some point, it could be you waiting to get in at a time of need.
Cancellations with less than 24-hr notice will be charged in full and future appointments must be held with a credit card.
Insurance
Payment is required at the time of service and I will be happy to give you a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for payment.
Types of Payment
I accept checks and cash.
There is a $35 charge for any returned checks.
